Sugar Brook Farm Chedda Spreads are crafted from aged Wisconsin cheddar and fresh cream cheese for spreadability. These premium spreadable snacking cheeses add a gourmet touch to any cheese selection.  We have recently updated the packaging for a new modern look for these three special flavors.  They consist of Peppadew Cheddar spread, Blue and Cheddar spread and a Amber Bock Cheddar spread.

CheddaBlu and CheddaDew have been awarded mulitple medals at the World Cheese Championships within the past five years!

Savory Cheese Balls

Sugar Brook Cheese Balls are made the old fashioned way; combining aged, sharp cheddar with fresh cream and then rolling them in roasted hazelnuts and almonds. Our new packaging allows us to maintain quality and freshness with a shelf life of 180 days. Sugar Brook Cheese Balls are great for holiday parties, as well as festive gatherings all year long.

Available in 10oz Sharp Cheddar, Port Wine Cheddar, Horseradish Cheddar, and NEW FLAVORS Buffalo Spice and Peppadew Cheddar

Deli Cakes

Sugar Brook Deli Cakes have a unique way of combining three popular cheeses for a delicious conversation piece. Sharp Cheddar, Port Wine Cheddar, and Creamy Swiss cold packs are layered, then covered in roasted hazelnuts and almonds. This decorative taste sensation is perfect for every occasion. Our 1.5 lb half wheels and 3 lb full wheels have 180 days shelf life. Also available is an 8 oz retail wedge presented in a Multi-Vac packaging for 180 day shelf life as well.

Cold Packs

Sugar Brook Cold Pack cheeses are made like the original crock cheddar of years past. Aged sharp cheddar is ground up and combined with fresh cream to make a delicious spreadable cheddar. This fabulous spread has long been a household staple; serve with your favorite cracker or in recipes like Beer Cheddar Soup. Sharp Cheddar and Port Wine cold packs are available in bulk upon request. Sharp Cheddar is also available in a traditional crock.

New for 2011 Sugar Brook Farms Cheese Logs. We have three classic flavors that are great for entertaining year round. Sharp Cheddar, Port Wine Cheddar and Swiss Almond Cheese Logs are made with aged Wisconsin cheeses and covered in sliced almonds. Available in a 10oz log, convenient to slice and spread on crackers, bread, pretzels, and more! Perfect for all your party needs.
